With over 10 years of boxing experience and a deep focus on freestyle wrestling, I offer a comprehensive approach to combat sports. My expertise lies in teaching effective takedowns through freestyle wrestling, complemented by powerful upper body throws from Judo. I hold a brown belt in Judo and a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with 5 years dedicated to mastering these grappling arts. Whether you want to train in boxing, wrestling, or combine them for an MMA style, my classes are designed to help you develop and excel in each discipline.
Our programs welcomes individuals aged 16 and above, offering a tailored approach to martial arts that champions personal growth and community connection at every age.
Regardless of your fitness level or martial arts experience, our classes are designed to be inclusive and supportive, encouraging beginners and seasoned members alike to learn and grow together in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Flexibility is key in our memberships, offering a 3 month Kickstart option alongside plans that cater to long-term goals, allowing you to choose what best suits your journey.
How will I be engaging with other members, will I be fighting them?
Rest assured, initial stages focus on learning and growth without sparring. As you gain confidence and skill, you'll have opportunities for controlled sparring and pressure tests, always under professional guidance, fostering a safe and supportive environment. These opportunities are optional, you do not have to engage in anything you are not comfortable with.
